This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, share, and protect information when you visit our website (the "Site"), contact us, or interact with our advertising and measurement tools. We operate as a B2B performance media publisher.

Note for California residents: See "Your California Privacy Rights (CPRA)" below for required disclosures and opt-out rights, including "Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information."

1) Information We Collect

Information you provide:

  • Business contact details (name, email, phone, company, role), verticals of interest, budget, and notes when you submit forms or contact us.
  • Communications you send us.

Information collected automatically:

  • Device and usage data: IP address, user-agent, browser type, OS, pages viewed, referring/exit pages, timestamps, clickstream data, and approximate location from IP.
  • Cookies and similar technologies: pixels, tags, SDKs, UTM parameters, postbacks/server-to-server signals, and conversion APIs used for attribution, analytics, fraud prevention, and ad measurement.

Information from partners and public sources:

  • Business profile and company data from lead providers, ad platforms, social networks, and public websites.
  • Attribution and performance data from our media buying and affiliate partners.

We do not knowingly collect sensitive personal information through the Site.

2) How We Use Information

  • Provide, operate, secure, and improve the Site.
  • Respond to inquiries and provide requested information.
  • Plan, execute, and optimize advertising and performance campaigns, including attribution and frequency management.
  • Conduct analytics, reporting, and forecasting.
  • Detect, prevent, and investigate fraud, abuse, or security incidents.
  • Comply with legal obligations and enforce terms.

3) How We Share Information

We may share information with:

  • Service providers/Processors (hosting, analytics, security, CRM, marketing ops).
  • Advertising/Attribution partners (platforms, networks, measurement providers) to run and measure campaigns.
  • Affiliates and business partners for operations and potential transactions.
  • Authorities when required by law or to protect rights, safety, and security.
  • Successors in the event of a merger, acquisition, or asset transfer.

We do not sell personal information for money. However, our use of ad cookies, pixels, and similar technologies for cross-context behavioral advertising may be considered a "sale" or "sharing" under California law, which grants opt-out rights (see Section 8).

4) Cookies & Similar Technologies

We use cookies, pixels, and related technologies to operate the Site, understand performance, attribute outcomes, and tailor advertising. You can:

  • Adjust browser settings to refuse or delete cookies;
  • Use platform tools (e.g., ad preferences) to limit personalized ads;
  • Signal the Global Privacy Control (GPC) in supported browsers; we treat GPC as a request to opt out of sale/sharing for that browser.

Blocking cookies may impact Site functionality.

5) Data Retention

We retain information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this Policy, to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. Typical retention ranges from 12–36 months for analytics/attribution data unless a longer period is required.

6) Security

We use administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect information. No method of transmission or storage is fully secure; we cannot guarantee absolute security.

7) Children's Privacy

The Site is intended for business users and is not directed to children under 13 (or 16 where applicable). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

8) Your Privacy Choices & Rights

A. Opt out of sale/sharing and targeted advertising

If you are a California resident (or where applicable in other U.S. states), you can opt out of "sale"/"sharing" and targeted advertising related to cross-context behavioral ads by:

  • Setting the GPC signal in your browser.

We also honor opt-out preference signals where legally required.

B. Cookies/Analytics

Manage cookies via your browser/device settings. Some analytics providers offer their own opt-outs. Blocking cookies may limit features.

Subject to verification and exceptions, you may request:

  • Access/Portability (a copy of personal information we maintain),
  • Deletion,
  • Correction, and
